Gigli International Opera is set to present a concert of its competition winners on Oct. 1, 2023 at 5 p.m. at the Kreeger Auditorium at Bender JCC of Greater Washington in Rockville, Maryland.

The showcase will feature this year’s winners, including Hayley Abramowitz, Kristen Marie Gillis, Michael Pandolfo, and Alexandra Razskazoff, as well as the two encouragement award recipients, including Chuanyuan Liu and Logan Wagner. They will be accompanied by pianist Seyoung Jeong.

Gigli International Opera was formed in 2022 with a mission to showcase exception vocal music through performances mentorship, and other educational initiatives.

The competition requires performers to feature two contrasting arias with no language requirements or age restrictions. Winners receive $1,000 each and an opportunity to perform in the gala. Encouragement award winners get $500 each.
