The Los Angeles Opera has announced its latest offerings for its online streaming service LAO At Home.

This week’s offering kicks off with another Grown-Up Edition of “Learn At Home” featuring Jeremy Frank at the piano as he takes a deep dive into family reunions in opera.

Streaming Date: Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020 at 4 p.m. PDT

For this week’s Living Room Recital, the organization turns to mezzo-soprano Gabriela Flores, who is a member of the LA Opera’s young artist program. She will join forces with guitarist Gilberto Amara for a showcase that features several touchstone Mexican songs including “Bésame Mucho,” “Cucurrucucú Paloma,” and “Cielito Lindo.”

Flores will appear in the company’s upcoming production of “L’Amant Anonyme,” taking on the role of Dorothée.
