Four Colombian Singers To Participate In Maria Callas Competition Concert

On March 24, 2019 four Colombian singers are set to participate in a concert during the Maria Callas International Competition in Sao Paolo.

The concert will showcase Karolyn Rosero, Juan David Gonzalez, Ana Maria Ruge, and Paola Leguizamon. All four singers are considered some of the best in Colombia and have performed at the Teatro Mayor and Teatro Colon extensively.

They will showcase a program of arias from Italian and French operas with pianist Felipe Calle accompanying.

The concert is seen as a stepping stone for these artists and the Colombian industry on an international level. The concert is set to begin at 5 p.m. with limited space available.

The Maria Callas Competition in San Paolo is set to be held in April.
