Festival Puccini Announces 2021 Season

Festival Puccini at the Torre del Lago has announced its 2021 season.

The season will include four operas and several concerts that will attempt to repeat the success of the 2020 season.

“Tosca” will open the festival followed by Puccini’s final work “Turandot.” The season will also include the composer’s most popular work “La Bohème” and Puccini’s breakout work “Manon Lescaut.”

“Manon Lescaut” will receive two performances while the other three works will be performed three times.

The Festival Puccini will also include Grandi Concerti Sinfonici and an opera gala that will celebrate the 100th anniversary of Caruso.

The season opens on July 16 and runs through August 21, 2020. Casts and more information will be announced in the coming months.
