The 49th Festival della Valle d’Itria has announced its 2023 season.

Palazzo Ducale

Rossini’s “Il turco in Italia” will be performed in a production by Silvia Paoli and conducted by Michele Spotti.

Performance Dates: July 18, 31 & August 4, 6, 2023

Carlo Lombardo and Virgilio Ranzato’s “Il paese dei campanelli” will be conducted by Fabio Luisi and directed by Alessandro Talevi.

Performance Dates: July 26, 28, & 30, 2023

Teatro Verdi

Pietro Auletta’s “L’Orazio” will be conducted by Federico Maria Sardelli and directed by Jean Renshaw.

Performance Dates: July 22 & 25 2023

Jean Renshaw directs “Gli uccellatori” by Florian Leopold Gassmann. Enrico Pagano conducts.

Performance Dates: August 2 & 5, 2023

Chiostro di San Domenico

Jules Massenet’s “L’Adorable Bel-Boul” will be conducted by Francisco Soriano and directed by Davide Garattini.
