Starting April 3, the festival will showcase recent three performances for free.

The performances that the festival will offer include “Combattimento,” by Monteverdi. Joan Anton Rechi directs the production with Fausto Nardi conducting. The performance comes from 2016.

There will also be a 2016 performance of Puccini’s “Turandot” directed by Mario Gas and conducted by Giampaolo Bisanti. The production stars Iréne Theorin, Andrea Mastroni, Roberto Aronica, and Maria Katzarava.

The final offering will be Verdi’s “La Traviata” with Ekaterina Bakanova, René Barbera, and Quinn Kelsey in a production by Paco Azorín. The 2019 production was conducted by Riccardo Frizza.

The Festival is the latest Spanish theater to offer free streaming following the Teatro Real, Gran Teatre del Liceu, and Palau del Arts.
