Felix Jarrar to Present Pangender ‘Così pan tuttx’ Featuring Highlights from Mozart’s ‘Così fan tutte’

Composer, pianist, and coach Felix Jarrar will present a pangender concert performance of highlights from Mozart’s “Così fan tutte,” titled “Così pan tuttx,” at New York’s Rockwood Music Hall Stage 3 on Feb. 26, 2022, at 4:30 p.m.

The one-hour concert features vocalists Hannah Madeleine Goodman as Despina, Julia Claire Taylor as Fiordiligi, James M. Brown as  Dorabella, Juan Hernandez as Ferrando, Melvin Rodriguez as Guglielmo, and Timothy Madden as Don Alfonso.

Jarrar will be at the piano, directing this entertaining and gay retelling of Mozart’s comic masterpiece.

The show is for those 21 or older and has a two-drink minimum.

As a composer, Jarrar has written approximately 192 works, comprising art songs, operas, string quartets, cantatas, and an oratorio. He is also the assistant music director for BARN OPERA in Brandon, Vermont, and a vocal coach at Mannes College.
