The Teatro La Fenice has announced the performers and conductor for the 2022 New Year’s Eve celebration.

The company’s superintendent Fortunato Ortombina announced that the 2022-23 concert will feature soloists soprano Federica Lombardi and tenor Freddie De Tommaso.

The showcase will also see the return of conductor Daniel Harding who previously conducted the concert during the 2010-2011, 2014-2015, and 2020-2021 seasons.

Audiences will be able to enjoy the concert on Dec. 29, 30, 31, 2022, and Jan. 1, 2023. Tickets will be on sale on Feb. 1, 2022. The performance will be in co-production with Rai Cultura and will be broadcast throughout Italy.

This year Brian Jagde and Pretty Yende performed during the New Year’s Eve celebration and were conducted by Fabio Luisi. That presentatiob was also broadcast and streamed via Rai Cultura.
