Fairfield County Chorale to Present Händel’s ‘Messiah’

Fairfield County Chorale is set to present Händel’s “Messiah” on May 14, 2022.

The showcase, which will be conducted by David Rosenmeyer, will star soprano Kendra Berentsen, mezzo Karolina Pilou, tenor Brian Giebler, and bass-baritone Michael Pitocchi.

The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. and is set to take place at the Norwalk Concert Hall in Norwalk, CT. Norwalk Concert Hall continues to follow local COVID-related protocols and audience members will be expected to follow them as well.

The ensemble, celebrating its 59th season, is coming off a performance on March 27, 2022 that featured Mozart’s Requiem. The Fairfield County Chorale is made up of over 100 voices and has performed all over the U.S. at such venues as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Kennedy Center.
