Fairfield County Chorale Returns to the Stage With ‘Hailstork Holiday, and Little Hallelujah’

Fairfield County Chorale is set to present “Hailstork Holiday, and Little Hallelujah” on Dec. 12, 2021 at the Norwalk Concert Hall in Connecticut.

The concert will celebrate the 80th birthday of composer Adolphus Hailstork, who will also be visiting in person. Audiences will hear Hailstork’s “A Christmas Canticle” and “I Will Lift Up Mine Eyes.”

The performance will also feature tenor Anthony P. McGlaun and audiences will be invited to sing “Silent Night” as per tradition. The concert will be conducted by Music Director David Rosenmeyer.

This concert, which kicks off at 4 p.m. ET, will represent the first live in-performance from the ensemble since March 2020. This is the Fairfield County Chorale’s 59th season.
