Mezzo-soprano Eugenia Forteza, composer/pianist Felix Jarrar, and soprano Maria Brea and special guest artist David Salazar are set to present “Easter Meditations.”

Billed as “an intimate journey of healing through the operatic voice and meditation,” the artists will perform music from Handel’s “Messiah,” compositions by Jarrar, Lecuona’s Zarzuela, and two Stabat Maters, one by Pergolesi and the other by Rossini.

“Easter Meditations” is scheduled for Weds., Apr. 5, 2023, at St. Francis Cabrini Shrine in Washington Heights, New York City. The program begins at 7:00 pm.
