The Eugene Opera in Oregon has announced its 2022-23 season.

The season will open with Puccini’s “La Bohème” starring Derrek Stark as Rodolfo and Vanessa Isiguen as Mimì. Keturah Stickann will direct with Maestro Andrew Bisantz at the podium. The cast is rounded out by Brooklyn Snow as Musetta, Zachary Lenox as Schaunard, and Benjamin Brady as Colline.

Performance Dates: Jan. 27 & 29, 2023

The second and final production of the season will be Händel’s pastoral opera “Acis and Galatea” at the Wildish Theater stage. The work will feature soprano Camille Ortiz as Galatea and rising star Terrence Chin-Loy as Acis.
