The Ente Luglio Musicale Trapanese will open its 78th season with a free performance of Mozart’s “Requiem,” K. 626, on March 29 at the Cathedral of San Lorenzo in Trapani.

Nicola Kitharatzis conducts the Orchestra and Choir of Luglio Musicale Trapanese with soloists Laura Catrani, Silvia Regazzo, Luciano Giambra, and Ugo Guagliardo. Carmen Pellegrino appears on organ, with choral preparation by Fabio Modica.

The performance will be repeated in Milan on October 31 at the church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli presso San Celso, with the same vocal cast under conductor Mirco Reina and the MaMu Ensemble Choir.
