Ensemble Caprice, Ensemble ArtChoral & Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra to Present Vivaldi Concert

Ensemble Caprice, Ensemble ArtChoral, and the Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra are joining forces to present a unique night of music by Vivaldi.

Scheduled for Oct. 13 and 15, 2023, the performance will be conducted by Matthias Maute and David Shemer. Audiences will hear “In exitu Israel (Salmo 113),” RV 604; “Laudate Dominum omnes gentes (Salmo 116),” RV 606; Concerto grosso, RV 565; Motet “Infurore giustissmae irae,” RV 626; “Magnificat,” RV 610; Concerto, RV566; and “Gloria,” RV 589.

The Oct. 13 performance will take place at the Palais Montcalm in Québec at 7 p.m. local time with the latter showcase set to take the stage of the Symphonic House in Montréal at 2 p.m. local time.
