Emily Richter has joined the roster of Askonas Holt for worldwide general management.

She will be managed at Askonas Holt by Angelica Conner and Charlotte Bateman.

Richter is a Grand Prize Winner of the 2024 Met Opera Laffont Competition and is currently in her second year at the Ryan Opera Center at the Lyric Opera of Chicago. With the Lyric Opera, she has covered the roles of the Countess in “Le nozze di Figaro,” Fiordiligi in “Così fan tutte,” Claire Devon in “The Listeners,” and Glauce in “Medea,” as well as making appearances on stage as First Ancella in “Medea” and First Peasant in “Le nozze di Figaro.”

She has been part of the Aix-en-Provence Festival Académie, and recently completed a two-year term as a Resident Artist with Pittsburgh Opera.

She has also performed with the Seattle Symphony and the Westmoreland Symphony.
