
Eleonora Buratto Leads Gala at Teatro Petruzzelli

The soprano will return to the Bari theater for the first time after a 10-year absence.
The concert will celebrate the 250th birthday of Vincenzo Lavigna and the concert will feature the composer’s Symphony in C, which will be the first modern performance.
Sesto Quatrain conducts the orchestra and Coro of the Teatro Petruzzelli in a program that also includes Donizetti and Verdi. Buratto will perform the finale of “Lucrezia Borgia,” the final scene from “Roberto Devereux,” “Ritorna vincitor” from Aida, and “Tu che le vanità” from “Don Carlo.”
