By David SalazarEastWest Artistry NYC will present “Midsummer Cultural Salon – East Meets West” on Wednesday, June 4, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at Nancy Manocherian’s the cell theatre in New York City.
The approximately 50-minute program brings together an international lineup of performers in a cross-cultural salon setting, designed to draw audiences beyond the traditional classical music world.

Pianist Jonida Lazellari, a Carnegie Hall and DiMenna Center alumna, serves as collaborative pianist. A visual art display with artists present will accompany the musical program.
The salon series is designed to offer an intimate, elevated experience pairing opera, musical theatre, and contemporary music in a single curated evening.
Additionally, Wu revealed to OperaWire that she is set launch her own fall recital series at Opera America, with the first performance scheduled for September 17.
