Dynamic, the Teatro Regio di Parma, and the Festival Verdi have renewed their collaboration for this season.

This year the record company will produce a CD of Verdi’s “Macbeth” from the Festival Verdi. The release will be the world premiere recording of the composer’s French version and will star Ludovic Tézier in the title role and soprano Silvia da Benetta as Lady Macbeth.

Additionally, Dynamic will produce a CD and DVD of Verdi’s Requiem starring Anita Rachvelishvili, Giorgio Berrugi, Eleonora Buratto, and Roberto Tagliavini. Roberto Abbado will conduct. The recording will first be streamed on Sept. 18 on the teatroregioparma.it where it will be available until Nov. 30, 12TvParma, Lepida TV,  and on www.radioemiliaromagna.it. 

In addition to the upcoming recordings, the Teatro Regio announced that Verdi’s “Ernani” will be streamed on Sept. 25 on operastreaming.com and the Gala Verdiano with Luca Salsi will be streamed on Oct. 10, 2020. “Ernani” stars Eleonora Buratto, Pierro Pretti, Vladimir Stoyanov, and Roberto Tagliavini.
