“Drama & Duets: A Spring Salon of Great Singing and Storytelling,” an evening of opera, musical theatre, and personal storytelling will take place on Monday, May 25 at The Cell Theatre in Chelsea.

The showcase brings together soprano Chelsea Bonagura, tenor Glenn Seven Allen, baritone Trevor Martin, mezzo-soprano Melissa Bonetti, and pianist Kathryn Olander for an evening spanning Puccini, Verdi, Bernstein, and Sondheim.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit the world premiere of “Safe House,” a new play by L.B. Browne produced by split/decision, described as a family drama about a father whose determination to protect his family in a basement bunker ignites a deadly confrontation.

The show starts at 7 p.m. local time.
