The concert, which will be held on NDR and Facebook at 8 p.m European time, will feature NDR Radiophilharmonie and conductor Ivan Repušić. The concert will showcase Damrau in arias from “Maria Stuarda,” Anna Bolena,” Semiramide” and “Norma.” There will also be arias from “Eugene Onegin,” and “La Reine de Saba.” There will also be music by Verdi and Delibes.

The concert will be repeated on NDR Television on Jan. 10 at 7:40 o’clock in the morning and afterward it will be online for one week on the media center.

The concert is part of the Royal Affairs tour that was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Damrau and Testé recently starred in a production of “Maria Stuarda” at the Opernhaus Zurich. Damrau is set to return to the stage in January for a production of “Capriccio” at the Opera de Paris.
