DePaul Opera Theatre Announces Upcoming Productions Featuring Comedies by Mozart & Britten

The DePaul Opera Theatre will present two comic operas in March and May 2023.

The first is Mozart’s “Così fan tutte.” The cast includes Cristina Rosheger as Fiordiligi; Carmen Vizin-Esquivel as Dorabella; Quaine Hogan as Ferrando; Jacob Haines as Guglielmo; Alexis Langlois as Despina; and Michael Seybold as Don Alfonso. Emanuele Andrizzi conducts, and program director Harry Silverstein directs.

Performance Dates: March 8-12 at Jarvis Opera Hall.

Then in May, DePaul Opera Theatre will present Britten’s “Albert Herring.” Harry Silverstein directs Britten’s comedy with Catherine O’Shaughnessy on the podium. The cast has not been announced.
