Michele Pertusi, Piero Pretti, Ernesto Petti, Ramaz Chikviladze, Anna Pirozzi, Teresa Romano, Andrea Pellegrini, Michela Antenucci, and Andrea Galli star in Verdi’s “Don Carlo.” Jordi Bernàcer conducts the production by Joseph Franconi-Lee.
Performance Dates: Nov. 17-19, 2023
Gregory Kunde, Luca Micheletti, and Francesca Dotto star in Verdi’s “Otello“ with Leonardo Sini conducting and Italo Nunziata directing.
Performance Dates: Jan. 19-21, 2024
Carmela Remigio sings the title role of Donizetti’s “Anna Bolena” alongside Arianna Vendittelli, Luigi De Donato, Ruzil Gatin, Paola Gardina, and Marcello Nardis. Diego Fasolis conducts the new production by Carmelo Rifici.
Performance Dates: Feb. 9-11, 2024
The season will conclude with a double bill. Purcell’s “Dido and Aeneas” will star Danielle De Niese, Allen Boxer, Marco Miglietta, and Nicolò Ceriani. Meanwhile, Kurt Weill’s “Die sieben Todsünden” will star Danielle de Niese, Allen Boxer, Patricia Daniela Fodor, Bruno Taddia, Marco Miglietta, Nicolò Ceriani, and Andrea Concetti. Marco Angius conducts the production by Daniele Abbado
