The CortinAteatro in the Comune di Cortina d’Ampezzo is set to celebrate the New Year in a gala on Dec. 29, 2023.

The concert will be held at the Alexander Girardi Hall in Cortina d’Ampezzo and will feature operetta and opera performed by soprano Claudia Ceraulo and mezzo-soprano Karine Ohanyan. They will be accompanied by Orchestra Regionale Filarmonia Veneta under the direction of Massimo Racanelli.

The program will include music by Otto Nicolai, Johann Strauss, Franz Lehar, Jacques Offenbach, and Franz von Suppé.

Ceraulo is a young singer who has performed at the Teatro Sangiorgi di Catania and in Taormina. Meanwhile, Ohanyan has performed at the Nice Opera, the Opéra Comique, and the Monte Carlo Opera.
