Christman Opera Company To Present Benefit Concert For HaitiChildren Led By Keith Chambers

The Christman Opera Company has announced a benefit concert for the nonprofit organization HaitiChildren on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019 at the Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church.

The concert will feature a number of major artistic collaborators including Keith Chambers, the Artistic Director of the New Amsterdam Opera. Chambers will lead the concert alongside such artists as Madison Marie McIntosh, Kelly Griffin, and Steven LaBrie.

The concert will feature the premiere of three songs from the musical “Angels of Lower Flight” by Susie Scott Krabacher with music by Theodore Christman.

The Christman Opera Company is coming off a double bill production of “Metamorphosis” and “Adriana McMannes;” both works featured McIntosh in leading roles.
