Christine Goerke, Nicholas Phan & Melody Moore Lead Baltimore Symphony Orchestra’s 2023-24 Season

The Baltimore Symphony announces the 2023-24 season featuring Jonathan Heyward in his first season as Music Director.

David Danzmayr conducts Christine Goerke in a program that includes Anna Clyne, Barber, and Sibelius.

Performance Dates: Oct. 21 & 22, 2023 

A baroque Christmas will include Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons,” Händel’s “Messiah,” and more with Baroque masters at their most irrepressibly joyful and effervescent.

Performance Date: Dec. 15, 2023

Byron Stripling conducts the Baltimore Choral Arts Society in a Christmas concert.

Performance Dates: Dec. 22 & 23, 2023

James Conlon conducts Christine Goerke in a program of music by Schubert and Wagner.

Performance Dates: March 1 & 2, 2024

Jonathon Heyward conducts Orff’s “Carmina Burana” featuring Nicholas Phan and Elliot Madore. The program also includes music by Mendelssohn and Missy Mazzoli.

Performance Dates: March 16 & 17, 2024

James Conlon conducts Melody Moore and Lucas Meachem in a program of music by Beethoven and Zemlinsky.

Performance Dates: April 18 & 20, 2024

Jonathon Heyward conducts Christine Goerke in Strauss’ “Four Last Songs.” The program also includes music by Jessie Montgomery, James Lee III, and Resighi.

Performance Dates: June 13-16, 2024
