The Choral Arts Society of Washington has announced its annual gala and holiday concerts for its 60th season.

The annual Holiday Concert and Gala is set for Dec. 16, 2024, under the patronage of Kristjan Prikk, Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to the United States. Titled “O Night Divine!,” the event will take place at the Kennedy Center’s Concert Hall. The event will get a second showcase on Dec. 24 at 2 p.m. This event features Shirley Scribner and will be chaired by Nicholas Smith and Deborah Jacobs.

The company will also present “A Family Christmas” on Dec. 15 and 24 at the Kennedy Center Concert Hall. Michele Fowlin will conduct the performances.

“We invite you to join us in celebrating the spirit of the holiday season, embracing the theme of ‘creating together’ which embodies the joy of unity, the warmth of family gatherings, and the power of harmony in resolving differences,” said Marie Bucoy-Calavan, Artistic Director, per an official press release. “This holiday, our voices will intertwine in a symphony of peace and brotherhood, reminding us that togetherness and generosity are the true essence of the holidays.”
