
Chatham Baroque Unveils 2026-27 Season

Flute and pipe player Chris Norman and soprano Pascale Beaudin join Chatham Baroque in “Confluence: A Pittsburgh America 250 Concert,” a program of Baroque works and folk tunes from English, Irish, Scottish, and French sources exploring music from the era of the founding fathers.
Performance Dates: Oct. 2 – 4, 2026
Vocalist and harpist Benjamin Bagby and medieval flautist Norbert Rodenkirchen lead the medieval ensemble Sequentia in “The Wanderer.”
Performance Date: Oct. 25, 2026
La Boz Galana and Concerto Scirocco present “Singing in the City of the Angels: Villancicos in Puebla by Gaspar Fernández,” featuring 17th-century villancicos performed by 12 singers and instrumentalists.
Performance Date: Feb. 14, 2027
Chatham Baroque’s annual Bach program, “Bach in Motion,” features the motet “Lobet den Herrn, alle Heiden,” BWV 230, and the cantata “Actus Tragicus,” BWV 106, alongside the D Minor Partita for solo violin and dancer, with Andrew Fouts on violin and Baroque dance specialist Julia Bengtsson.
