Andris Nelsons conducts the Gewandhaus Orchester Leipzig in Brahms’ Deutsche Requiem with Christian Gerhaher and Julia Kleiter. The program includes Mendelssohn’s Symphony No.5.

Riccardo Chailly condcuts the Teatro alla Scala Orchestra and Chorus in excerpts from Verdi’s “La battaglia di Legnano,” “I due Foscari,” “La traviata,” and “Otello” and Rossini’s “”La gazza ladra,” “Semiramide,” and “Guglielmo Tell.”

The Orchestre de Paris and Daniel Harding lead a program of music by Mussorgsky and Sibelius. Act one of Wagner’s “Die Walkure” will also be performed by Jamez McCorkle, Stephen Milling, and Miina-Liisa Värelä.
