The Cavarzere Opera Festival – Tullio Serafin has announced its second edition.

The festival, which is set to take place between Oct. 16 and 30, is organized by “Concetto Armonico. ”Additionally it is supported by Comune di Cavarzere, Ministero della Cultura, and Regione del Veneto.

The festival opens with  “Scambiamoci di vista, da Plauto a Mozart passando per Shakespeare.” The evening will showcase the talents of Matteo Mencarelli, Michele Gianquinto, and Ketevan Sikharulidze.

Performance Date: Oct. 16, 2022

The second evening will be dedicated to Astor Piazzolla. The concert will consist of “The Four Seasons,” and Tango Arias.

Performance Date: Oct. 23, 2022

The October program will conclude with Mozart’s “Don Giovanni.” Yulia Pogrebnyak (Donna Anna), Massimo Frigato (Don Ottavio), Marily Santoro (Donna Elvira), Marco Saccardin (Leporello), Gianluca Andreacchi (Massetto) and Sabrina Sanza (Zerlina) star.

The program officially concludes with Concerto di Natale a Rottanova.
