Cast Change: Olga Maslova Takes Over ‘Aida’ Performance

The Arena di Verona has announced a cast change for its production of Aida on August 28, 2025.

The company announced that Olga Maslova will replace Marina Rebeka in the title role.

This is the second performance of “Aida” that Rebeka canceled in Verona. She was also set to sing the August 24 performance, but Maria Jose Siri took over.

Maslova has already performed Aida this season in Verona in July.

This time, she joins a cast that includes Olesya Petrova, Yusif Eyvazov, Ramaz Chikviladze, Simon Lim, and Youngjun Park. Daniel Oren conducts the production by Stefano Poda.
