Piva has performed at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Teatro di San Carlo, Semperoper Dresden, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Gran Teatre del Liceu, and Salzburg Festival. Meanwhile, Poli has performed at the Festival Verdi, Macerata Opera Festival,  Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Teatro Filarmonico di Verona, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, and Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, among others.

They will join a cast that includes Anna Netrebko and Michele Pertusi. Riccardo Chailly conducts the performances on Oct. 28 and 30, 2026.
