
Bizhou Chang, Sarah Joy Miller, Cecilia Violetta López, Nathan Granner Headline Opera Orlando’s 2025-26 Season

The season opens with its Summer Concert Series. First up is a concert featuring Bizhou Chang and Brendan J. Boyle.
Performance Dates: August 10-24, 2025
The first mainstage production of the year is “La Bohème,” starring Bizhou Chang, Yi Li, SeungHyeon Baek, and Ruoxi Bian. Allan R. Scott conducts the production, which transposes the action to Shanghai.
Performance Dates: Oct.3 & 5, 2025
“All is Calm” gets a series of performances in time for the holiday season.
Performance Dates: Dec. 12-14, 2025
Then comes “The Mozart Dinner” to celebrate the company’s 10th anniversary season.
Performance Dates: Jan. 31, 2026
“Silent Night” is next on the docket with Gabriel Preisser and Julia Radosz starring. Robert Wood conducts.
Performance Dates: Feb. 6 & 8, 2026
There will be an opera on site in the form of “The Secret River” by Stella Sung and Mark Campbell. Ayòfémi Demps directs.
Performance Dates: March 6 & 7, 2026
”The Merry Widow” is next on the slate. Sarah Joy Miller and David Miller star. Noam Aviel conducts.
Performance Dates: April 24 & 26, 2026
Closing out the season is a concert “A Decade of Divas” featuring artists that have performed with the company. Among the performers are Cecilia Violetta López, Marnie Breckenridge, Bridgette Gan, Jamie Chamberlain, Amanda Crider, Nathan Granner, and Brian Cheney.
