The production will feature dancers from his own company Eastman and sets by the Japanese artist Chiharu Shiota.

Laurence Cummings will make his debut conducting a cast that includes Daniel Behle in the title role, Anna El-Khashem as Ilia, Jacquelyn Wagner as Elettra, Cecilia Molinari as Idamante, Linard Vrielink as Arbace, and Angel Romero as Gran Sacerdote di Nettuno.

“Idomeneo,” which features a libretto by Giambattista Varesco, will be performed seven times between Feb. 7 and 23, 2025.
