The Longborough Opera Festival has announced its 2026 season.
Beth Taylor, Anna Devin, Katie Bray, Kelli-Ann Masterson, and Andrew Foster-Williams star in Handel’s “Orlando.” Christopher Moulds conducts the production by Sinéad O’Neill.
Performance Dates: May 30-June 7, 2026
Peter Wedd and Catharine Woodward leads Wagner’s “Tristan und Isolde“ alongside Catherine Carby, Alastair Miles, Robert Hayward, and Peter Bronder. Anthony Negus conducts the production by Carmen Jakobi.
Performance Dates:
Mark Stone leads Verdi’s “Macbeth” alongside Viktoriia Balan, Jung Soo Yun, and John Molloy. Nil Venditti conducts the Karolina Sofulak’s production.
Performance Dates: July –
Joanna Harries, Rosalind Dobson, Darren Jeffery, Lee Bisset, and Kelli Ann-Masterson star in Humperdinck’s “Hansel and Gretel.” Karen Kamensek conducts Lucy Bailey’s production.
Performance Dates: July 30-August 8
The Wesendonck Lieder will be performed by Anthony Negus and Emma Bell.
