Le Grand Théâtre de Genève will live stream a new production of Mozart’s opera “La Clemenza di Tito” on GTG Digital and MEZZO TV.

Due to Swiss COVID-19 regulations, the premiere on Feb. 19 will be presented without the live audience.

The opera will star Serena Farnocchia in the role of Vitellia, Anna Goryachova as Sesto, Marie Lys in the role of Servilia, Cecilia Molinari as Annio, Justin Hopkins as Publio, and Bernard Richter in the title role.

Maxim Emelyanychev will conduct the production by Milo Rau. Stage design is by Anton Lukas with costumes by Lukas and Ottavia Castellotti. Alan Woodbridge is the Chorus Master.
