
Bekhzod Davronov & Sylvia D’Eramo Lead Dallas Opera’s ‘La Bohème’
By Francisco SalazarThe Dallas Opera is set to present “La Bohème” from Feb. 28 to March 9, 2025.
The opera will be performed at the Winspear Opera House and will star Bekhzod Davronov as Rodolfo, Sylvia D’Eramo as Mimì, Takaoki Onishi as Marcello, and soprano Emily Pogorelc as Musetta.
They will be joined by Efraín Solís, William Guanbo Su, and Julien Robbins. TDO’s Mrs. Eugene McDermott Music Director Emmanuel Villaume conducts the original 1896 score in a production by Tomer Zvulun.
The production includes costumes built by The Dallas Opera Costume Shop and designed by TDO’s legendary longtime costumer Peter J. Hall and sets and projections designed by Erhard Rom.
The Dallas Opera will host 25-minute informative lectures before each opera performance and will be hosted by Emmanuel Villaume.
