Bea Goodwin and Whitney George, the creative team behind “Princess Maleine,” will present Laura Kaminsky, Mark Campbell, and Kimberly Reed’s “As One” at Alchemical Studios on Nov. 8 and 9, 2019.
The production will star Nathaniel Sullivan as Hannah Before and Liz Bouk as Hannah After. George will conduct a quartet of members of The Curiosity Cabinet.
“Our production will be an intimate, immersive view of Hannah’s experience while maintaining the beautiful, kaleidoscopic presentation ‘As One’ is designed to be,” noted Goodwin in a press release. “There’s nowhere to hide in this one — Hannah Before and Hannah After will be right next to your seats, reinstating the urgency of your understanding and support of their community.”
This will be the latest collaboration between Goodwin and Bouk, who worked together on “Tabula Rasa” and “Mr. Liz.” Bouk previously performed “As One” at the Alamo City Opera.
Sullivan’s upcoming performances include appearances with Blanche Moyse Chorale, the Momenta Festival V, and Capital City Concerts.
