Baritone Tyler Duncan to Appear at Tippet Rise Concert Season

Baritone Tyler Duncan is set to appear at the Tippet Rise Concert Season in Fishtail, Montana this summer.

The baritone will appear in two different concerts in August at the Oliver Music Barn. The first of these is set to take place on August 28, 2020 and will feature Robert Schumann’s “Dichterliebe.’ Moreover, there will be music by Mozart, Weinberg, and Desenne on the program, performed by violinist Alexi Kenney, cellist Oliver Herbert, and pianist Pedja Mužijević.

The next evening, August 29, 2020, the baritone will rejoin Kenney, Herbert, and Mužijević for a modern modern selection including Charles Ives “Songs My Mother Taught Me,” “Charlie Rutlage,” “At the River,” and “The Circus Band.” He will also interpret Stephen Fosters’ “Beautiful Dreamer,” “Jeannine With the Light Brown Har,” and “Nelly Bly.” The piano trio will also interpret Schubert’s Piano Trio in E-flat Major.
