Athlone Artists has announced that mezzo-soprano Kira Dills-DeSurra has joined its roster for management.

The California native has performed with such companies as Helena Symphony, Opera Idaho, Opera Colorado, Chicago Opera Theater, Central City Opera, Long Beach Opera, and the Castleton Festival, among others.

Dills-DeSurra was a National Finalist in the Classical Singer Music Vocal Competition, first prize winner of the National Association of Teachers of Singing Competition, Chicago, and was a recipient of the Metropolitan Opera National Council St. Louis District Encouragement Award and the Central City Opera John Vivian Richard Award, among others.

Athlone Artists’ roster includes such singers as Tess Altiveros, Ashley Galvani Bell, John Bellemer, Mary Birnbaum, Evan Bravos, Maria Brea, Victor Cardamone, Stephen Clark, Marianne Cornetti, Tasha Hokuao Koontz, Whitney Morrison, Leah Partridge, Markel Reed, Gil Rose, Bruce Sledge, Michelle Trainor, Jonathan Woody, and Mo Zhou, among others.
