Astrid Tchekhoff, Karine Deshayes, Marcelo Álvarez Among Headlines of Salle Cortot’s February 2026 Slate

The Salle Cortot in Paris has unveiled its February 2026 slate. Here are the vocal performances on offer.

First up is “L’Art du Beau Chant” featuring countertenor Valer Sabadus and the Ensemble Pulcinella under Ophélie Gaillard.

Performance Date: Feb. 3, 2026


Then comes “Rêves d’Espagne” featuring mezzo-soprano Astrid Tchekhoff as she takes on works by Bizet, Duparc, Falla, Lara, Ravel, Schumann, Weill, and Saint-Saëns. She is joined by soprano Clara Lacour and pianist Nathan Degrande.

Performance Date: Feb. 7, 2026


Soprano Julie Cherrier-Hoffmann will be included ina  program titled “Rendez-Vous: Entre voix, poésie et musique de chambre” featuring works by Bach, Fauré, Massenet, Chausson, Ravel, Piulenc, Duparc, Debussy, Schubert, and Brahms, among others. The showcase also includes Pierre Arditi, Frédéric Chaslin, Lucienne Renaudin Vary, Dana Ciocarlie, Etsuko HIrose, David Louwerse, Pascal Contet, and Saskia Lethiec.

Performance Date: Feb. 10, 2026


Mezzo-soprano Karine Deshayes joins pianist Célia Oneto Bensaid, and flutist Julien Beaudiment in a program of works by Ravel.

Performance Date: Feb. 15, 2026


Tenor Marcelo Álvarez will headline a program of arias, zarzuela romances, and tango songs alongside pianist Giulio Laguzzi.

Performance Date: Feb. 18, 2026


Soprano Pauline Courtin and reciter Christophe Barbier present a program of works by Bizet, Lizt, Frank, and Lalo alongside pianist Jeff Cohen.

Performance Date: Feb. 19, 2026


Ensemble Écoute and soprano Clara Barbier-Serrano perform works by Nante and Benjamin.

Performance Date: Feb. 21, 2026
