In his Huston recital debut, American countertenor Aryeh Nussbaum Cohen sings “Songs of Farewell” by Korngold, Schumann’s “Liederkreis,” Op. 39, selected Jewish songs and songs by H. Leslie Adams and Florence Price, and a new work written for the occasion by Jake Heggie. He is joined by pianist John Churchwell.
