Art Song Colorado Postpones Holiday Concert
By David SalazarArt Song Colorado has postponed its “Religious Art Songs & Carols” Concert.
The company announced that the postponement was due to an unexpected case of laryngitis. The event is now set to take place in early January of 2023. The showcase was originally set for Jan. 3, 2022.
Performers include Eapen Leubner, Gabrielle Razafinjatovo, Margaret Ozaki Graves, and Mallory Bernstein. It will feature a number of famed Christmas Carols as well as a full presentation of Benjamin Britten’s “Canticle ii- Abraham and Isaac” with staging and projections.
The company is also set to present “True Women of the West” next Spring as well as “Immigrant’s Songs” in April, and “Spring Fling” in May.
