
Arena di Verona Announces Historic 2025 Results
By Francisco SalazarThe Arena di Verona has announced the result of its 2025 season, which featured 52 evenings of performances.
The company said that it made 35,619,000 euros, which was 2 million more than in 2024. Additionally, the festival saw 404,715 spectators from 130 countries, including the U.K., the U.S., France, Korea, and many more.
Additionally, the festival saw 18 sold-out shows, including the first nine evenings and the last four in September.
In the report, the Arena di Verona said that its opening night performance, which was broadcast on Rai Cultura, saw 600,000 spectators and another 500,000 from ZDF/3Sat.
This past season, the Arena di Verona celebrated its 102nd edition with 400 artists and 3,000 costumes. Among the many artists that graced the stage of the legendary arena were Anna Netrebko, Jonas Kaufmann, Lisette Oropesa, Yusif Eyvazov, Ludovic Tézier, Aigul Akhmetshina, Francesco Meli, Anna Pirozzi, Maria José Siri, and Roberto Alagna.
