FIAF is set to present “En avant, la musique!” on Jan. 19, 2022.

The evening, which will feature a live in-person audience and will also be live streamed, will be hosted by Anthony Roth Costanzo and will feature Paul Beaubrun, Pauline Jean, Malika Zarra, and performers from the New York Philharmonic

As New York Philharmonic Artist-in-Residence, countertenor Costanzo will host an evening of song and conversation at FIAF’s Florence Gould Hall as part of Authentic Selves: The Beauty Within, his series of concerts and events with the Philharmonic this season.

The program will feature the works by Berlioz as well as Blues and Jazz music. The program will also showcase the rich and longstanding exchange between musical traditions and languages like French and Creole.

Following the 60 minute performance, there will be a Q&A with the artists
