Opera – Staged
Lorenzo Passerini conducts Puccini’s “Manon Lescaut” in a production by Oliver Mears. The cast includes Ailyn Pérez, Roberto Alagna, Lionel Lhote, and Nicola Ulivieri.

Pretty Yende, Amitai Pati, Florian Sempey, and Sulkhan Jaiani lead Bizet’s “Les Pêcheurs de perles.”
Marc Minkowski conducts the new production by Pierre-André Weitz.

Valentina Carrasco directs Händel’s “Rinaldo” with Philippe Jaroussky conducting. The cast includes Carlo Vistoli, Regula Mühlemann, Karine Deshayes, Christophe Dumaux, Nahuel Di Pierro, Paul Figuier, Dominique Visse, and Elsa Roux Chamoux.
Performance Dates: Feb, 22-28, 2027
“Orphée,” by Hector Berlioz, after “Orphée et Eurydice” by Christoph Willibald Gluck, will be conducted by Speranza Scappucci. Ted Huffman directs a production that stars Marie-Nicole Lemieux as Orphée, Lauranne Oliva as Eurydice, and Camille Chopin as Amour.

Opera in Concert
Wagner’s “Götterdämmerung” will star Young Woo Kim, Asa Jäger, Patrick Zielke, Johannes Kammler, Sophia Brommer, Daniel Schmutzhard, and Annika Schlicht. The Dresdner Festspielorchester & Concerto Köln will be conducted by Kent Nagano.

Massenet’s “Roma” will be performed Rachel Willis-Sørensen, Jean-François Borras, Julie Robard-Gendre, Tassis Christoyannis, Patrick Bolleire, Jérôme Boutillier, Hélène Carpentier, Anna Dowsley, and Clémence Tilquin. The Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo will be conducted by Diego Ceretta.

Marie-Nicole Lemieux leads Charpentier’s “Médée‘ with Petr Nekoranec, Juliette Mey, Alex Rosen, Étienne Bazola, Camille Poul, and Claire Lefilliâtre. Les Épopées will be led by Stéphane Fuget.

The Orchestre et Chœur Le Concert Spirituel under Hervé Niquet will lead Händel’s “Israël en Égypte.” The soloists will include Thaïs Raï-Westphal, Mélissa Petit, Avery Amereau, Rupert Charlesworth, Andreas Wolf, and Matthieu Walendzik.

Maharran Huseynov leads Verdi’s “Attila” with Navasard Hakobyan, Lidia Fridman, and Pietro Pretti. The Orchestre National de France will be conducted by legendary conductor Riccardo Muti.
