The Teatro alla Scala is set to stream Puccini’s “Turandot” on July 4, 2024.

The company is set to showcase the opera on La Scala TV in a new production by Davide Livermore which will showcase Franco Alfano’s ending.

The opera is set to star Anna Netrebko, Raúl Giménez, Vitalij Kowaljow, Yusif Eyvazov, and Rosa Feola. Michele Gamba conducts the new production. Netrebko is known for her interpretation of the title role and has performed it at Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Arena di Verona, and the Bayerische Staatsoper.

Following the livestream, the show will be available on demand until July 11, 2024.

“Turandot” is set to open on June 25 and is set to run through July 15, 2024.
