Wiener Staatsoper has announced the next slate of operas that it will be presenting on its streaming platform over the next week.

First up is Mozart’s “Don Giovanni” with Mariusz Kwiecien, Erwin Schrott, Marina Rebeka, Juliane Banse, and Benjamin Bruns. Ádám Fischer conducts the production by Jean-Louis Martinoty. The opera was filmed on Nov. 1, 2015.

Streaming date: Feb. 14, 2021 at 7 p.m. CET

Next up is “La Clemenza di Tito.” The opera spotlights Benjamin Bruns, Caroline Wenborne, Margarita Gritskova, Hila Fahima, and Miriam Albano. Ádám Fischer conducts the production by Jürgen Flimm. The opera was filmed on April 4, 2016.

Streaming date: Feb. 16, 2021 at 7 p.m. CET

The initial trio of Mozart’s operas ends with the “Die Zauberflöte” which features Benjamin Bruns, Olga Bezsmertna, Íride Martínez, Markus Werba, Annika Gerhards, and Franz-Josef Selig. Ádám Fischer conducts the production by Moshe Leiser and Patrice Caurier. The opera was filmed on Jan. 4, 2015.

Donizetti’s opera “L’elisir d’amore” is next in the line. The opera spotlights Valentina Naforniţă, Stephen Costello, Marco Caria, and Erwin Schrott. Marco Armiliato conducts the production by Otto Schenk. The opera was filmed on June 13, 2016.

Streaming date: Feb. 18, 2021 at 7 p.m. CET

Rossini’s “La Cenerentola” stars Isabel Leonard, Maxim Mironov, Alessio Arduini, and Luca Pisaroni. Rolf Glittenberg conducts the production by Jean-Christophe Spinosi. The opera was filmed on Feb. 22, 2018.

Streaming date: Feb. 19, 2021 at 7 p.m. CET

Bellini’s “La Sonnambula” showcases Daniela Fally, Juan Diego Flórez, Luca Pisaroni, and Maria Nazarova. Marco Arturo Marelli conducts the production by Guillermo García Calvo. The opera was filmed on Jan. 13, 2017.

Streaming date: Feb. 20, 2021 at 7 p.m. CET

The opera house will then live stream Calixto Bieito’s production of Bizet’s “Carmen.” The showcase will star Anita Rachvelishvili, Piotr Beczała, Erwin Schrott, Olga Kulchynska, Slávka Zámečníková, Szilvia Vörös, Peter Kellner, Martin Häßler, Carlos Osuna, and Michael Arivony. Andrés Orozco-Estrada conducts.
