Angela Gheorghiu has joined Intermusica for Worldwide General Management.

The company said, “We are thrilled to announce that legendary soprano Angela Gheorghiu has joined Intermusica for worldwide general management.”

She will be managed by Nathan Morrison, Associate Director, Vocal & Opera.

Gheorghiu is one of the most famous sopranos of her generation having performed at every major opera house in the world including the Metropolitan Opera, Teatro alla Scala, Bayerische Staatsoper, Wiener Staatsoper, and the Royal Opera House.

This season she sings the role of Mimì in “La Bohème” in her return to the Royal Opera House, where she made her international debut in 1992. She also performs gala concerts and recitals worldwide, including an appearance with the London Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall.
