Angel Blue, Tamara Wilson & Stuart Skelton Lead Houston Symphony Orchestra’s 2025-26 Season

The Houston Symphony Orchestra has announced its 2025-26 season. Here is a look at the Vocal performances of the season.

Juraj Valčuha and Angel Blue team up for the opening night for an evening featuring music from J. Wolfe, Schmitt, and Stravinsky.

Performance Dates: Sept. 19-21, 2025

Juanjo Mena conducts Sara Couden and Jean-Yves Thibaudet in music by De Falla and Camille Saint-Saëns.

Performance Dates: Oct. 10-12, 2025

Patrick Quigley conducts Händel’s “Messiah” with a cast that includes Kathryn Mueller, Reginald Mobley, John Matthew Myers, and Douglas Williams.

Performance Dates: Dec. 5-7, 2025

Juraj Valčuha conducts Wagner’s “Tristan und Isolde” with Stuart Skelton, Derek Welton, Tamara Wilson, Jamie Barton, and Nicholas Brownlee.

Performance Dates: Feb. 28 & March 1, 2026

Dima Slobodeniouk conducts the Houston Symphony Chorus in a program of Grieg, Sibelius, and Still.

Performance Dates: March 27-29, 2026
