Angel Blue, Étienne Dupuis, Nicole Car, & Soloman Howard Headline Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s Winter / Spring 2022 Slate

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra has announced a series of new performances for the winter and spring of 2022.

Among those showcases is a concert performance of Tchaikovsky’s “Eugene Onegin” scheduled for April 1-5, 2022. The opera will star Étienne Dupuis and Nicole Car alongside Pavol Breslik, Brindley Sherratt, Deniz Uzun, Keith Jameson, Claudia Chapa, Alexis Galindo, Will Hughes, and Allen Michael Jones. Fabio Luisi conducts.

There will also be a series of performances of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony featuring such soloists as Angel Blue, Taylor Raven, Issachah Savage, and Soloman Howard, all of them will be making their Dallas Symphony Orchestra debuts.

The concerts, which will take place between May 12-15, will also include the Dallas premiere of Bruce Adolphe’s “Diesen Kuss der ganzen Welt;” this new work is a Dallas Symphony Orchestra co-commission.
